Terms of Service

By using TJL PRO you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using TJL PRO (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time and will notify you by email or in-app notice.

2. Service description

TJL PRO is a trading journal application designed to help traders log, analyse, and improve their trading. The Service includes:

  • Trade logging and journaling tools
  • Performance analytics and charting
  • AI-powered coaching feedback (Pro plan)
  • Screenshot management (Pro plan)
  • Rule book and mistake tracking

2a. Not investment advice

TJL PRO is a record-keeping and analytics tool. It is not an investment adviser, research analyst, broker, or portfolio manager, and it is not registered with SEBI or any other financial regulator in any capacity.

Nothing in the Service is a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security, derivative, currency, or other financial instrument. This includes analytics, statistics, charts, streaks, rule books, Challenge Mode, and any output of the AI coaching feature. The AI describes patterns it finds in trades you have already taken and recorded. It does not know your financial position, objectives, risk tolerance, or obligations, it is not personalised advice, and it can be wrong.

Every trading decision you make is yours alone. Trading in financial markets carries substantial risk of loss, including loss exceeding your deposits in leveraged products. Past performance shown in your own journal does not indicate future results. We make no representation that using the Service will make you profitable, reduce your losses, or improve your outcomes.

You should obtain independent advice from a SEBI-registered investment adviser before acting on anything you observe while using the Service. If you require regulated financial advice, this is not that, and no part of it should be relied upon as such.

2b. Accuracy of your own records

Every figure the Service displays is derived from data you enter or import. We do not verify it against your broker, exchange, or bank. Analytics, P&L, win rates and account balances are only as accurate as the entries behind them, and are provided for your own review — not as a statement of account, a tax record, or evidence of your actual positions or returns.

The Service is for personal informational use only. Nothing on TJL PRO constitutes financial advice.

3. Payment terms

The Pro plan is priced at ₹300 per month (subject to change with notice). Payments are processed by Razorpay in Indian Rupees (INR). All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

If you opt for auto-renewal, your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You authorise us to charge the payment method on file for the renewal amount. You may disable auto-renewal from your profile at any time.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your profile page. Upon cancellation, you will retain Pro access until the end of the current paid period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 7 days at the email below.

5. User responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction
  • Not using the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose

6. Intellectual property

TJL PRO and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any trade data and notes you enter into the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store and display it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. Limitation of liability

TJL PRO is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, data loss, or loss of profits. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
