Getting started
What is TJL Pro?
TJL Pro (tjlpro.in) is a trading journal built for Indian traders. It helps you log every trade, see your performance, name your repeating mistakes, and improve — with chart screenshots, a rule book, analytics and an AI Coach that reads your own trades.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets 7 days of Pro, free, with no credit card needed. When the trial ends you choose a plan, or the account becomes read-only: nothing you logged is deleted and you can export it all.
How do I get started?
Sign up at tjlpro.in with your email and a 6-digit code. Add a trading account, then log your first trade by hand or import a CSV from Settings → Data Management.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. The 7-day trial needs no card. You only enter payment details if you choose a paid plan.
Importing trades
Which brokers and asset classes does TJL Pro support?
The journal works for any tradeable instrument — forex, gold, crypto, equity and F&O — and you can log trades manually. For imports, TJL Pro reads a CSV with one row per completed trade from any broker: you map the date, instrument, side and P&L (or entry/exit/quantity) columns once.
How do I import a CSV?
Go to Settings → Data Management → Import CSV, upload your file, and map the columns. Rows are imported one by one so a bad row never blocks the rest.
Can I import a broker tradebook directly?
Not yet: broker-specific one-click imports (for example the Zerodha tradebook) are being built. Until then use a CSV with one row per completed trade, or log trades manually.
AI Coach
What does the AI Coach do?
It analyses your journal entries — setups, mistakes, notes and patterns — and writes feedback on what to improve. It focuses on your own trading behaviour, not market predictions.
Which plans include the AI Coach?
AI trade reviews are part of Essential (30 a month) and Pro (5 a day). AI Coach chat and the weekly coaching summary are part of Pro. Every account can try all of it during the 7-day trial.
What AI model powers the Coach?
TJL Pro uses OpenAI GPT-4o mini for the AI Coach. It is instructed to focus strictly on trading journal analysis.
Plans and pricing
How much does TJL Pro cost?
Basic starts at ₹300 a month, Essential at ₹550 and Pro at ₹699, plus 18% GST, billed in INR via Razorpay. Annual plans are 12 months for the price of 10. See the pricing page for the current launch prices.
What is included in each plan?
Basic is the complete journal (unlimited trades, 2 accounts, screenshots, analytics, CSV import). Essential adds 5 accounts, the Strategy Playbook, Challenge Mode and AI trade reviews. Pro adds unlimited accounts and the full AI Coach.
How does auto-renew work?
You approve it once with UPI or your card. Your plan renews at the regular price on the date shown at checkout and we email you before each charge. Turn it off in Profile → Billing and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
Payments are final, which is why every account starts with a free 7-day trial. If you were charged in error, email us within 7 days.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Annual plans are 12 months for the price of 10.
Data and security
Is my trade data safe?
Yes. Trade data is stored in a private database with row-level security — only you can access it — and is encrypted in transit and at rest. TJL Pro does not sell your trading data.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export your trades as JSON or CSV from Settings → Data Management at any time, including after a plan ends.
