Privacy Policy

1. What data we collect

When you use TJL PRO, we collect the following information:

• Account information: email address, name, and optional phone number
• Trade data: entries you log including P&L, pairs, setups, and notes
• Screenshots you upload to trades
• Payment information processed by Razorpay (we do not store card details)
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and error logs

2. How we use your data

We use your data solely to provide and improve TJL PRO:

• To provide the trading journal, analytics, and AI coaching features
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To send transactional emails (magic links, receipts, subscription notices)
• To improve the product based on aggregated, anonymised usage patterns

3. Data storage and security

Your data is stored on Supabase, a secure PostgreSQL database platform. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using AES-256. Access is restricted via row-level security policies so only you can access your own data. Uploaded screenshots are stored in a private Supabase storage bucket accessible only to authenticated users.

4. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policy:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage
• Razorpay — payment processing (they handle all card data)
• Resend — transactional emails (magic links, receipts)
• Anthropic Claude — AI coaching analysis (trade data sent for analysis is not stored by Anthropic)
• Meta (Facebook, Instagram) — advertising audiences, only if you have opted in

4a. Marketing and advertising

At signup you are offered one optional choice, separate from agreeing to these terms. It covers the two uses below. It is not required to use TJL PRO, declining it changes nothing about the service you receive, and you can change your mind at any time.

• Marketing email — product updates, tips and offers. Every one carries a one-click unsubscribe link.
• Advertising audiences — if you opt in, we share your email address with Meta so we can show you TJL PRO ads on Facebook and Instagram, and avoid showing them to people who already subscribe. The address is hashed (SHA-256) before it is sent, so Meta receives an irreversible fingerprint rather than your address itself.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone, and we do not share your trades, screenshots, notes or journal contents with any advertising platform. Only the email address is used, and only for the purpose above.

You can withdraw this consent at any time from Settings, or by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email — which withdraws both uses at once. Withdrawal takes effect for future processing; it does not undo processing that was lawful when it happened. We keep a record of what you agreed to and when, because we are required to be able to demonstrate it.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us at the email below. We will process your request within 14 business days.
